Forget the constant switching between different applications. Thanks to the introduction of the text editor, PRAGMA4U allows you to create, edit, and manage your documents without ever leaving the system — everything in one place, in a simple and immediate way.
Where can you use it?
The editor is accessible from two strategic areas of the platform:
- Directly from the "Attachments" module (Fig. 1) within your processes
- From the main "Attachments" menu (Fig. 2), always within easy reach

Create a document in just a few clicks
Simply click "New attachment" (Fig. 3) and select "Create new" (Fig. 4): within seconds, you will have a document ready to be completed. You can give it a name, add a description and — if you want to work even faster — start from a predefined template.

Need to standardize a format? Save your document directly as a template so it will always be available for you and your team.
Everything connected, everything under control
Each document can be associated with a specific process — including framework, process type, process code, and task — so that every attachment ends up exactly where it is needed, visible both from the main menu and within the related process. No more lost or out-of-context files.
You can also categorize attachments to find them even more easily, keeping the archive consistently organized.
An interface designed for productivity
When you open a document, you will find everything you need:
- A side panel called "Attachment details" (Fig. 5) with all information always visible and editable with a single click
- The document name clearly visible in the header (Fig. 6)
- Quick access to return to PRAGMA4U at any time

And if you need to resume work started previously? No problem — PRAGMA4U automatically reloads the document exactly as it was at its last save.
Note: Integration with the editor requires an initial configuration by the technical team, which will define the enabled company/framework combinations and the functionalities available in the toolbars.
